Terms and Conditions

  1. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between Papegaaishop and the customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  2. Orders and Payment 2.1 Orders can be placed via our website, by e-mail or by telephone. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. 2.2 Payment must be made within [number of days] days after receipt of the invoice, unless agreed otherwise. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend delivery or terminate the agreement.
  3. Delivery and Shipping 3.1 We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is provided approximately and is not binding, unless otherwise agreed. 3.2 The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect address details will be borne by the customer. 3.3 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
  4. Return policy 4.1 If the customer is not satisfied with a received product, it can be returned within [number of days] days after receipt, if unused and in the original packaging. 4.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  5. Warranty 5.1 We offer a warranty on our products in accordance with the legal provisions. The warranty covers defects that have arisen as a result of material or manufacturing defects. 5.2 The guarantee lapses if the defect has arisen as a result of incorrect use, negligence or normal wear and tear.
  6. Privacy and Data Protection 6.1 We respect the privacy of our customers and act in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. 6.2 Personal data is only used to process orders and provide good service to our customers.
  7. Liability 7.1 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services. 7.2 Our liability is at all times limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
  8. Applicable law and dispute resolution 8.1 Belgian law applies to all agreements and transactions. 8.2 Disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement
