You can offer Power Treats dry, moist, warm or crushed. Because they contain a higher concentration of sugar and fat, you should only use them as a snack, or as part of the diet in birds with a higher energy requirement, such as Macaws.
Recommended use :
- Wean hand-fed birds to High Potency food.
- As a special supplement for birds that do not eat a complete diet.
- When switching a bird's diet to Harrison's Bird Foods.
- When birds need to gain weight or are recovering from an illness.

Note: shelf life 4 to 6 weeks after opening. You can freeze it in portions to keep it longer.
