Harrison's High Potency Fepper (Oranje, Kleine Pellets, 1 Pound)

Developed for birds with special nutritional needs.
The High Potency (Red/Orange) foods must also be given all year round to Gray Parrots, Macaws, Palm and Moluccan Cockatoos and Golden Conures.

The (Super)Fine (Orange) is for smaller to medium-sized birds, the Coarse (Red) is for larger birds.

The High Potency has been developed for:
- Switching to Harrison's Bird Foods.
- Birds that are in molt.
- To promote the opening of remaining stubble feathers.
- For healing dry, flaky skin.
- For birds that are weaned (up to 6 to 8 months).
- For recovering patients who need to gain weight.
- For species that require a diet with a higher fat content all year round (some cockatoos, macaws and African Grays)
- For developing maximum reserves before the bird lays eggs.
- For birds that are under or overweight.

Meer Harrison's Bird Foods Info:

The Coarse products (Red/Blue, larger pellet) are suitable as main food for medium to large birds such as Macaws, Cockatoos, Gray Redstarts, Amazons and South American parakeets such as sun parakeets. Also very suitable for the larger Toucan species.

The Fine Products (Green/Orange, smaller pellet) are suitable as main food for smaller to medium-sized birds such as Cockatiels, Budgerigars, Rosellas and Monk Parakeets. Also suitable for (Ornamental) Pigeons, Finches and Lories.

The Super Fine Products (Green/Orange Super Fine, very small pellets) are suitable as main food for smaller birds such as Budgerigars, Neophemas, Canaries and Finches.

Recommended Daily Amount of Harrison's Nutrients:
Parakeets 1 to 2 tsp
Conures 3 to 5 tsp
Parrots 1.5 to 3 tbsp
Pions 1 to 1.5 tbsp
Cockatoos and Macaws 1.5 to 6 tablespoons
Lories* 3 to 5 tsp
*Soak the food in 2 tablespoons of water and 1/2 teaspoon of syrup.
