Instructions

Usage :
- For birds that need easily absorbable nutrients.
-For medical and surgical patients recovering from illness.
- For nutritious support when switching from different diets.
- For birds with anorexia (severely underweight) where the stomach empties very slowly.

Nutritional advice
Note: Proper feeding technique should always be observed to avoid injury to the bird or inhalation of the formula, which could lead to pneumonia or death. If you use a non-metallic or flexible pipe, make sure the bird cannot damage it.

-Step 1 : Gently feel the crop if it is almost empty before you start feeding.

-Step 2 : Mix fresh : 1 part dry formula with 1-3 parts water heated to about 39 degrees Celsius. Not in the microwave. Adjust the thickness of the formula as needed.

- Step 3: Feeding with a probe (flexible tube) is the most effective.

- Step 4 : Feed the bird until the crop is full, but not overcrowded. It should complement like a soft cushion. Remove excess formula from bird's beak, feathers and enclosure. Repeat this feeding as often as necessary to maintain or increase the bird's weight.
